This is a $25 non-refundable DEPOSIT. 
 
The BALANCE of $200 is due at the time of the photo session.
 
Christmas Tree Farm Mini's
 
SESSION INCLUDES: 
- 20 Minute session with Deanna Marie. Even though this may seem a fit fast paced please remember this is enough time for me capture perfect moments for your family.
 
- I will have back to back sessions all day so I advise to please be on time. If you are late unfortantely your session will still end at original time slot you had. 
 
- You will receive15 high-resolution photo files (of photographers choice) in color and be received via digital download
 
- Christmas Tree farm minis are for children and immediate family only. If you want photos with cousins etc a second time slot must be purchased.
 
- No newborns, babies must be able to sit up without assistance
 
- I will absolutely try my best to make those little ones happy and smile however if they choose not to we will continue on with the session. No reshoots can be made and I can not add on a digital smile. 
 
- The session will be held in Manorville at Matts Tree Farm. There are NO BATHROOMS where I  am shooting in the actual Tree Farm portion. A bathrooom may be available where you park (not garanteed) if there is I would suggest allowing children to go before the start of the session. 
 
- These sessions sell out fast so before you select a time please try and make sure these times and days work you you. Once I am completely sold out it is diffitcult for me to try to reschedule your day or time. I only have theTree Farm for a select amount of hours on certain days.
 
- If it rains the day of your session a make up day will be set
 
**I will have 1 or 2 similar set ups as last year but will be adding on 2 or 3 new ones**
